A4 three-column sheet
Three 70 mm columns occupy exactly 210 mm. Eight 37 mm rows occupy 296 mm, leaving 1 mm for the bottom margin. Starting at slot 2 skips the first cell only on page 1.
Local browser tool
Map manual, generated, or CSV values onto exact millimetre label geometry, inspect every fit warning, and export locally without an account.
Local print layout
Data, previews, and exports stay in this browser. No value is saved unless you download the result.
Enter one value per line. Leading zeros are significant.
Full-page preview
Print at actual size or 100% scale. Browser, printer and driver scaling can change symbol dimensions. Physical verification is outside this tool’s scope.
A scaled screen preview is not physical size. Verify final output on desktop and measure the 50 mm calibration line.
Add data, review media settings, then build the local preview.
BarcodeOpsKit converts every displayed dimension to millimetres, then calculates the selected margins, label cells, gaps, start position, and page breaks. The first page preserves unused leading slots; later pages use the full grid. Each barcode is rendered through the same tested Stage 07 generator and placed inside an explicit content box after padding, quiet-zone space, and optional text bands.
Horizontal fit is left margin + columns × label width + column gaps + right margin. Vertical fit uses the corresponding rows, height, gaps, and top/bottom margins. If either footprint exceeds the media, the tool lists the error and overlays it instead of silently clipping.
Manual mode treats each non-empty line as one value. Generator-item mode adds an explicit symbology, title, subtitle, and footer to each row. CSV/TSV mode previews the first five rows and requires a barcode-column mapping; title, subtitle, and footer mappings are optional. The selected sheet symbology applies to CSV rows because ambiguous values are never guessed.
CSV and TSV files are limited to 10 MB, 100 columns, 32,768 characters per cell, and 500 label items. Leading zeros remain text. Files are read only by the active browser page and are not uploaded.
A fitting digital layout does not establish GS1 issuance, registry ownership, company or product identity, Application Identifier semantics, printer accuracy, substrate suitability, physical quiet zones, ISO grading, symbol certification, or retailer acceptance. BarcodeOpsKit is independent and not affiliated with GS1.

An 8.5 × 11 inch page is stored as 215.9 × 279.4 mm. Switching units changes the displayed numbers, not the internal geometry or PDF page size.
The calibration action prints only the first occupied row plus a 50 mm line. Measure the printed line before producing the full batch.
TEST / SYNTHETIC / NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Examples explain local layout behavior and do not claim identifier assignment or print compliance.
Current-page SVG and individual SVG ZIP remain vector output. Individual PNG files and PDF pages are rasterized locally at 300 DPI; every PDF page keeps the exact selected physical dimensions. Fixed, sequential filenames never contain barcode values, titles, or uploaded filenames.
Preview zoom is only a screen aid. It never changes media, label, barcode, PDF, SVG, PNG, or print geometry. Final actual-size verification is best performed on desktop with the target printer and scanner/verifier.
Values, mapped rows, label text, rendered pages, and export bytes stay in the browser. They are not placed in URLs, analytics, console logs, persistent storage, or server requests. The barcode renderer loads after preview starts; PDF and ZIP code load only after the matching export button. Temporary object URLs are revoked when replaced or released.
